Possession of minimum of HND/BSc and 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing with proven records 2. Ability to establish, maintain and expand customer base. 3. Ability to lead and direct the activities of teams of sales personnel. 4. Ability to manage merchandisers 5. Candidate must be between 35 and 40 years of age. 6. Sales & Marketing experience within the Food Industry will be an added advantage 7. The candidate must reside in the South-East Part of Nigeria Job Description: • Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products. • Reaching the set targets and goals. • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base. • Servicing the needs of the existing customers. • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market • Setting sales targets for individual reps ad team as a whole • Allocating areas to customer service executives • Developing sales strategies and setting targets • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets • Compiling and analyzing sales figures • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts personally • Collecting customer feedback and market research • Keeping up to date with products and competitors • Manage merchandisers. The person: Minimum of first degree Must be able to drive and must have a valid driver’s license Must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience with proven records. Must have a great leadership skill Must have a good communication skills both written and oral Must not be less than 35 years Must be target driven.
