There is a large expanse of land which belongs to The Chase Nature Reserve, it is only half a mile from where I live and I have never been able to access because it is bordered by the river Beam, the District Line and Rainham Road South (which is miles away from me, by Dagenham East Station. Today, when I was walking through Bretons playing fields, I found this bridge under construction. When it is finished, I can get onto the large part of The Chase that I have never before explored and then over the District Line footbridge to the remainder of The Chase leading north to the riding school and then on to Eastbrookend Country Park. I will be able to walk off road for miles. Really, really super excited about this bridge!
