There is a new spirit abroad in Scotland. Scotlands pride has lasted throughout the centuries, but only in the last quarter of the twentieth century is that finding a positive expression of Scottish consciousness in the music of the nation. The days of the obsequious tartan clad comedians are numbered. In the vanguard of this new feeling Bob Findlay is a force to be reckoned with.
