There is actually a simple solution to this. If our beloved leaders would enact a law that would classify all funerals of fallen soldiers as an official "military action" limited only to military personnel, Government officials, family members, and those persons displaying a personal invitation would be allowed inside a 1 mile perimeter of the funeral. Use armed reserve and active duty military personnel to guard the perimeter and hen simply treat anyone attempting to violate that perimeter as a potential terrorist threat.
