Services will include technical support for all IT supported desktop hardware, including; computers, printers, phones, network, PDAs, Windows, UNIX, and Linux systems. Skills/Experience 1.COMPUTER SUPPORT - Responsible for support including; Computer HW/SW Installs/Setups, Computer HW/SW Upgrades, Computer HW/SW Repairs, UNIX Setups, UNIX HW/SW Upgrades, UNIX HW/SW Repairs. Completes most troubleshooting tasks independently, occasionally may seek the assistance of upper level staff. 2.VOICE/DATA SUPPORT - Analog/Digital/VOIP phone support: New phone installation, upgrades, cable installs and troubleshooting all customer voice and data network issues. 3.TICKET/QUEUE MANAGEMENT - Technician will be responsible for managing his/her queue. The responsibilities are for 7/24 DFS Support if required. 5.ASSETS MANAGEMENT - Hardware asset management 6.Provide Tier 2 support for desktop, laptops and telephony requests in MNC company, Bangalore. 7.Services will include technical support for all IT supported desktop hardware, including; computers, printers, phones, network, Windows, UNIX, and Linux systems. 8.UNIX/Linux - A basic understanding of the UNIX/Linux Operating Systems and commands. A basic understanding of TCP/IP and Networking protocols in a multi-user environment. 9.WALKUP CENTER/IT HELPDESK CENTER - A central location for the customer to Walkin with their issues. Attend to customer and cater to their IT Needs. Maintain record for loaner IT Gadgets (like datacards, pendrives.) issued. Follow up with users to return the Loaner Devices. 10.A Team player willing to support other IT Team members on a need basis.
