There is an element of human psyche that is absolutely essential. When we look at the world, we vastly simplify things so that we can understand what we see. When I look at my computer I dont see several pieces of aluminum and a pile of individual plastic keys, I see one enmeshed unit that I call computer. If our brains werent programmed this way wed get information overload as every object we saw would be a web of information far too cast for our brains to consume and classify. But this isnt always useful. It leads to us doing things like how a News Organization takes a complex issue and puts it in black and white terms, or finds a particular person or group to blame. When you play multiplayer video games (I play League of Legends) theres no I got outplayed because of this this, and this reason its more this person screwed up and it is their fault. And we ourselves are more complex than anyone understands it to be. Our issues, thoughts, and concerns are subject to more than just one variable. But sometimes, its just easier to shove someone into a box that you can understand, when all it does is make them feel caged.
