There is irregularity in most private agencies employment process like getting the passport, housing the applicant and with medical requirements from their affiliate with the PAY Later Plan. The government agency in-charge (supposedly) seems not to be in keen thought of the various abuses eh? What is clear is the disconnection among them. Splinters in action. The case are not deemed in need of urgent response. The solution(s) are rather reactionary and band-aids over again. When one is given the post as Head of these Agencies, is this not a great opportunity to deliver quality deeds? Even alone to refer to ones name/reputation of work ethics -excellence? ~On solution to Root PROBLEM #Long-Term/Innovative Action Plan #POEA #OWWA #???
