I joined Karlas physical excellence in July this yr as I was feelin soo self conscious of the weight I had put on over the past year and a half with doing our house up!! No matter how many ppl told me u dont need to loose weight I new in myself I did as I became very backward lived in my joggers and hoodies and hardly went out with my friends! I started with Karla doin PT as I new I was soo unfit but with Karlas help she built my confidence and got me started in classes and I finally plucked up the courage to do the flab to fab 8wk challenge along with my mum and sister but still thought wat have I signed up for but Karla has been great at helpin us through it with both the diet plan and classes as I have had a lot of abdominal surgery my stomach muscles wer soo weak there is a few exercises karla has modified to help me strengthen them and for the first time last nite one I could NEVER do I was able to and it felt amazing as Im now seeing muscle building for the first time in my stomach!! And today I thought I would try on a pair of jeans I couldnt get up over my thighs never mind on and guess wat?!..they went in with ease!! And now At the end of week 6 of flab to fab I have lost 10lb and 9 and a half inches feel great within myself so just shows u it can be done if u set ur mind to it!!..30 day shred lets be havin u!! #fitnessfamily Thanks Karla ur first class
