There is no way. As I pulled into the hotel this weekend for Josies auditions, I realized that 6 years ago, there is no way the weekend would have been possible. 6 years ago, there is no way Jenna would have marched in Macys Thanksgiving Day parade, marched in the Rose Parade, gone to NYC 3 times, traveled to Ireland, and auditioned for a Drum Corp Guard - ALL while in high school. 6 years ago, there is no way we could have encouraged her to choose a college that had a study-abroad option. 6 years ago, saying yes to any of that would have been near impossible. 6 years ago, 1 pair of pointe shoes took some juggling of budget. Now we purchase 8 or more a month without blinking. 6 years ago, it was all we could do to keep us with lessons. Josie auditioned for 3 ballet summer / year round programs this weekend alone. Extra pointe shoes, tights, leotards, hairnets etc for the audition, audition fees, hotel rooms, gas money, food, AND the complete freedom in knowing that WHEREVER she gets in, we can pay the tuition, room and board, and expenses without worry. 6 years ago, there is no way Jessy would have gone to Austria this past summer, spent 2 weeks at an incredible summer camp, had private voice lessons. There is no way she could go to Italy this summer, plan her weeks at camp again, and add more singing to her schedule. 6 years ago, a family vacation was a rare treat. We went 5 years without one. The girls call that the dark times. We went to Disney 5 times last year...well go at least 4 times this year...spent time in New York City this Christmas and will be there again this spring. 6 years ago, it was a struggle to get to the end of the month...in a household with 2 working parents, both with college and beyond degrees. For as long as Ive been a Beachbody coach, my ability to nurture our girls passion has been my DRIVING FORCE. Whether its trips to the Rose Bowl with the Color Guard, trips overseas with the choir, or audition after audition after audition....none of this happens without Beachbody. Sure, its fun to go to Nordstroms or buy new Nikes...because I couldnt for a long time. But that is not why I am a Beachbody Coach. I am coach to make a difference. The knowledge that we can absolutely provide for our family is PRICELESS. It is what drives me every day. How can I possibly keep this opportunity from others?? How can I not SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS?? I truly hope that my love for Beachbody oozes out of my very pores when someone meets me...because Beachbody has changed our lives. Not in a kind of sort of way...no, Beachbody has changed our lives in a REAL, tangible, very evident way. To help others AND help my family...to aspire to make a difference for others AND for my family....to create an impact for others AND to create the life we choose to create....thats what I hope to do every day...its what I work to do every day. Its why I have this crazy-hot-burning FIRE in my belly...so strong it wakes me up at night, my head filled with goals and plans and dreams for my TEAM and for my FAMILY. And to think....6 years ago...there was no way it would have happened. I took a chance. I went all in. And am grateful every dang day I did. #yesyoucan
