There is something amazing about Sports. There is an inexplainable feeling I get watching great players do great things. Although I grew up a New York Met, Ive always been a Derek Jeter fan. Ive watched him elevate and maintain this game through all of its adversities. In an Era where the sport could do no right, Jeter, The Captain, found ways to do no wrong. I have been blessed to witness #2 do some awesome things in one of the most demanding, cutthroat, high maintenance sports cities in the world. He gave baseball a standard in a time where the measurement of greatness was through cheating the sport and through it all 20 years later even in a season when he wasnt his best, he always gave his best and walks away from New York Yankees one more time writing a story so surreal and imaginative that we will wonder what the game will be like without him there. Nuff Re2pect Derek Jeter. Thank You for reminding me why I loved this game since I was child.
