There is this Kiagamboni problem copped up with ministry of housing. The minister announced in the parliament that Kigamboni development has been awarded to one Duabai and Chinese company to construct the total of 15,000 units of housing under new development. How can the parliament let the minister announce such corrupt unpatriotic deal which sideline local engineers, architects and contractors? this is very serious, as the ministers are overstepping the country constitution. These are local projects from the government, on people land, by Tax payers, and these are projects which propels local citizen to own business and be part of Tanzania development, not by being spectators , watching all projects being sold to foreign companies. This must stop with immediate effect, I request you to call emergency special meeting to discuss this matter urgently, and revoke that memorandum signed by ministry of housing and foreign companies. It is up to local companies to look for some assistance interns of JV with foreign companies after proving that there is no such expertise in Tanzania. Mr. Kabwe we all grew up in Tanzania, local contractors used construct houses including high rise. On top of that know the country has high educated professionals from architects, to engineers and contractors, what is wrong with these shallow minded with quick gain bribe money mentality ministers, Why they should stand in those position to lead the country into disaster? They are selling their profession and souls to these companies, and go out give speeches of poverty eradication and empowering local citizen? Shame on them!
