There is where the heart speaks to the lack of education that contradicts reason ( Milan Kundera , Czech author , was born on April 1 , 1929 ) . Unemotional reason is cold and tasteless . The modern world is proud of being rational and accepts as true only what can be proven. So all that is discarded , disability , have difficulty to measure , even if it is true. With that we are leaving a large gap in human knowledge simply by arguing that belongs to the emotional . We forget the emotion that makes us feel , it speaks a language that needs no words, it involves other deeper feelings . How often only one look is enough to understand many things . Without emotion sunrise , for example , is simply the result of Earths rotation , with emotion is a show that repeats every day without ever one day be equal to each other . Thrilled when someone thanks God for healing from a serious illness , is an affront to say it was a fluke , or medications . We can even draw on the reason to guide us , but our decisions are more emotional than rational .
