There seems to be no end in sight to US drone attacks in Afghanistan and Pakistan. This despite, the growing frustration by civilians in both countries as they say more and more non combatants are being killed in these attacks, not militants. The U.S. continue to say that militants are the targets of the attack, however on Friday when a few civilians were killed in Afghanistan’s Logar province, the US military has admitted that they had the wrong intelligence and the strike was a mistake. More collateral damage for the west, but it means the loss of more loved ones for these natives. What will it take to bring death and destruction to an end in these countries?
