There they go again. They promise this and that to obscure the fact that all they want is for the Latino community to vote for democrats on the coming elections. The same Latino congressional caucus that is pressing Obama to fly alone on this one should know better.. Executive action its not by constitutional law the same as a bill that comes out of congress and is approved by both houses and signed into law by the President. Executive action is a constitutional move thats allowed when there is a congressional recess but its scope is limited as not to permit the President to become a legislator since this is a limited power given to him by the Constitution. Much of the Latino community thinks that DACA, the executive order signed by Obama as a form of immigration reform is the law of the land and it is not. The President as a matter of law cant take upon him a task hat belongs to Congress. He had majority on both congressional Houses at the beginning of his administration; he could have acted then putting fort any form of immigration reform that he wished and it would have sailed to his signature. But why to do something when they had already won the election; they need this hot issue to be there all the time to get the support of the voters on the Latino community. They wont solve it, if they do it then they may have run themselves out of snake oil.
