There was a Powwow in Chamberlain, South Dakota today. It is hosted every year by Saint Josephs school, a Catholic school dedicated to teaching the Native Americans. It has been in operation for decades. Everyone I met was super friendly and made me feel welcome. The Powwow began with a prayer to the creator, then the Catholic priest prayed to the great spirit. I am thankful for some folks I met today who are attempting to preach the true gospel in this part of the country. Just as in most places, there is lots of spiritual confusion around here. Please pray that the word of the Lord will spread rapidly and be glorified (2 Thessalonians 3:1).
