There was this old lady who use to throw rubbish on the street anytime she sees the prophet Mohammed pass by, but prohphet Mohammed peace be unto him would not mind her, one day as the prophet was passing he did not see the old lady throw the rubbish as she used to do, so he decided to find out what happened, when he entered her house he found out the old lady was very sick in bed, the prophet said to her i have come to visit you to see how you are fairing because i did not see you today, when she saw the prophet she was very much surprise and immediately she embraced Islam. the prophet followed her in her house and forgave her Allahuakbar! but as muslim even when our offenders come to plead for forgiveness do we wholeheartedly forgive them, ALLAH did not create us to be enemies of each other, HE knowS we can intentionally and unintentionally hurt each other and that is why HE provided for us forgiveness, forgive and remove that shaytan from the heart, let surprise those who hurt us and that is one of the greatest sunnah, may ALLAH give us the heart that forgives, Ameeen.
