The only time I have seen that many officers including other times when a rally happened without a permit or notice. Those that were gathered allegedly violated some rules about the Governors mansion. My question: does sending twenty six officers encourage people to continue voicing their political opinions? Note: I am refraining from comment about the content of the rally and whether or not the tactics used by those with a concern are appropriate for the actions they seek.
