There were some touchy egos recently about form critiques when people post videos. I urge everyone to solicit critiques. Its how you get better. And I dont give a sh*t if youve been lifting for 2 weeks or an instructor for 20 years. Just because weve been doing it a long time didnt mean weve been doing it right. Nobody knows everything, and thats fine. The only thing I have an issue with is proclaiming authority then posting the most shit awful form imaginable. Not because I care if you have bad form, but I dont want to see you or anyone hurt themselves. I also dont want others to learn bad form to put themselves in jeopardy of injury. That being said...heres this mornings deficit deadlift 70% (275) x 10. Notice I stopped at six. I felt my form was being stressed. If I cant complete all the reps with good firm, then Im not strong enough for that level yet. Its not worth using garbage form just to get a rep count. Im a professional, but please, critique away. I ALWAYS want to get better, and many of you know more than I do about DL. Thanks!!
