Theres a difference between gym failure and until failure And this morning was LITERALLY UNTIL FAILURE!!! 4x 15reps progressive weight . - 3 variations leg extension - leg curl superset with straight leg deadlift. - leg press superset with squat rack. - sumo squats superset with monster lunges. To finish Ive decided to combine squats with static lunges .. On my last set my legs totally died on me !!!!! Yep got to challenge your body in order to progress and incorporating different workouts will keep the muscle guessing and challenging it making it work harder. To repeat Wednesday :) Next time less rest in between , less bouncing with the bar and straight into lunge , see if I can finish the set ;) :D
