Theres a guy in Ga. who calls himself PLZZR. Hes attempting to sell knock off versions of Eat More Kale t-shirts on ebay. Ive reported his shady IP practices to ebay twice in the past year and theyve shut down the designs. Here is his latest post. While this design does not look like mine...what do you think? Is he potentially confusing to potential customers who look for Eat More Kale online? Or is this design soooo different than mine..that it is fine to be available online? Not sure youll change my mind, but am DEFINITELY interested in Yalls opinions. Any LEGAL EAGLES out there?
