Theres always time to make time. So if u are reading this right now and saying oh but I dont have time to workout you are laying through your teeth. You know u have the time Stop wishing for a better body oh I wish I look like...... nonsense....it is time you get your ass off that couch and work for what you want. No more excuses you are doing this for you nobody else. If u dont go out there and go it get it aint no one doing it for you. If is not now, when? If is not you, them who? So heres a quick total body workout you can do right at home 100 jumping jacks 40 jumping squats 35 mountain climbers 100 jumps (jump rope) 25 crunches 15 push ups 25 russian twist 15 burpees 20 triceps dips 40 bicycles 100 jump(jump rope) Do it 3 times around Then take a pic post it...let me see you got your sweat on
