Theres an excellent video of the route for the cycle part of Sundays Dinton Duathlon here. Get to know the route. AND... Watch for the photographer at 4:50 and the tall, handsome, medic at 26:20 :) but more importantly see how sharp that bend is. Sports-alive photography (aka Gareth) doesnt want you in his lap on the way out, and the centre of the road gets pretty close on the way back. While I dont want to tell you lot how to ride bikes (lets face it, when did you ever see me on one?) I have seen a few of you in the bushes, or on the WRONG side of the road coming back. So far, only one car has had to avoid a cyclist (well driven that lady in the Volvo) but please slow down on this bend and stay as safe as possible. As a medic, Id rather not be busy, and Im fairly sure Ellie from Barnes Fitness would rather I didnt have too much to do also. Thanks Steve Killjoy Blethyn Medic
