Theres blood on many hands tonight, Patrolmans Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch said late Saturday. Those that incited violence on this street under the guise of protest, that tried to tear down what New York City police officers did everyday. Now how do we fix this mess? It appears that NYPD has an internal problem within the organization. We need solutions fast and people like our President Barack Obama, Mayor Bill de Blasio, Commissioner William J. Bratton, Al Sharpton, Attorney General Eric Holder and Patrolmans Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch need to work together to devise an effective plan of action that will benefit the city, the state and the nation as a whole. There is a significant amount of hatred being spewed from ignorance and if there is division there is room for the agency to be conquered. That is not an option. In working together we can address providing further training, task forces that can address the eminent threat and support of the NYPD. God bless our law enforcement officers that continue to protect us daily.
