Theres only so long you can train alone for and be putting in 100% its only a matter of time before your self motivation and the mental drive burns out and you cant find that internal push you first had for you to go for that one more rep, todays legs was brutal, like no other! And so many times my plans were to just quit and say thats it, Im done, it really was just mind over matter, when the lads your training with behind you are saying 10 no matter what!? Ha YOUVE GOTTA GET 10! Drop set front squats just gave me a burn like nothing before, and theres no way I would of hit the rep ranges as planned if it wasnt for the lads yesterday! Great effort. Great motivation Yesterday was a good day Today though... Will be better!
