These HD lamps are perfect for nightstands, desks or end tables, etc...The motorcycle shows a 3D effect in the shade with a background scene.....The base is the HD logo as you can see in the pics. the top where the light bulb is put on has a motorcycle and it has a pull chain to turn on with engine on it....The lamps do not make sound. They are 17 high and approx. 9 across......They are in very good condition. I do not have the box they came in. This particular style lamp is hard to find..they came out in 2008....Set of 2 lamps 60.00....Asheboro
