MASAKA WEST - MBARARA CENTRAL To replace broken stay wire at Biharwe. Area affected: Mbarara Hospital, Mbarara University, Kakoba, BM Technical Services, Makenke Barracks, Coca Cola Plant, Sanga, Rushere, Kageeti, Biharwe, Rwakitura.
