They all deserve to lose their badge. I dont care what he did. He was on the ground the entire time in a submissive position. Beating and tasing repeatedly is uncalled for. They could have hog tied him without him rolling over. Its a natural instinct to face your attacker when you can not flee..not to roll over and turn your back to them, you cant defend yourself that way. I know this from experience. No matter how much pain you are in from the legs and arms being beaten, you instinctively protect your head and face.
