They are FINALLY benching Jay Cutler. This is the right move, although its to little to late... The organization should have benched him after that second blowout to the Packers, if anything to teach him a lesson that his constant mistakes wont be tolerated. Instead, they did nothing, and let the inmates run the asylum so to speak. Allowing arguments to take place in the locker room, players to call out fans on Twitter, saying that its all okay, and claiming theyre having great practices and theres nothing wrong when it surely IS... These are the types of things that happen to dysfunctional organizations. Tressman has failed as a coach, and he has lost this team. If he gets fired, I could care less. There was to much talent on this team to go 5-9 (so far) on the season. There are to many needs to be fixed however... They may have to blow it all up in my opinion (sigh...)
