They are trying to go through the back door with the bill in the senate to require training. Ive been trained since I was 8 years old how to properly handle guns, shoot, clean, reload, and practice proper gun safety. I am now on trial in California for the crime of owning guns and bullets that fit them, and loading them to be able to protect myself and others from marauding bears and an idiot shooting up camps with a semiautomatic AK-47. I am told by the judge that no civil filing filed in a criminal case will even be considered... So no matter what my defense is or might be the court will not consider it. The statute begins, A person is guilty (of a crime)... (if they have exercised their second Amendment right). No criminal complaint issued by any citizen or group of citizens will even be considered in the U.S. The equal protections of the laws of the U.S. have been removed from the People.
