They cannot give you what they do not have. Spirit is power and religion has no knowledge of this power of the spirit. They can only guess and interpret the bible but they are unable to see what is really all about. This is because they lack the experience necessary to understand the truth. When you experience truth, truth flows from within you. It comes from the very core of your consciousness. You can show the way to power. Religion obviously does not have that. They look at things from the point of view of what you cannot do. They are powerless to tell you of the unlimited power of the spirit or what you can freely do. When you are being told about what you cannot do, you are being treated like slaves or prisoners. Religion is keeping you in bondage and the price you pay is by giving up your spiritual and rational nature. In other words, the world is saved because of the death of Christ in you. And you continue to be a slave of the world you are trying to save by giving up on Christ and keeping him dead.
