They say that everything happens for a reason.. but for the most - TopicsExpress

They say that everything happens for a reason.. but for the most part thats what we tell ourselves as a means of digesting events that we cant ordinarily accept, comprehend or process. Its a means of comfort during difficulties. But what if that was not all there was to it. What if there was reason behind it all..and a number of unrelated trials, hardships and even successes over time would all converge at some point to fulfill their reasons for having transpired. And by some luck you identify this convergence, witnessing the role each played and how they fit together in the end. Making you fully aware of the notion that everything is connected. Confirming that everything, in fact, does happen for a reason..that each has a part to play. What then? How then would you dare make a move or aid some event without fearing what lies at its final point of convergence.. How do you process that everything around you is an endless trigger of chain reactions..Can you imagine the implications of this concept becoming absolute fact? That there is no coincidence, only consequence. Wouldnt that be scarier? And then, in this world of such profound interconnectedness, that once distasteful idea of coincidence would become that means of comfort. That maybe that 1 action you so carelessly executed wont one day come back to fulfill its purpose.
