Do not stand up, ✨Bring the back knee into you chest while brining the weight to your chest. Breathe out and engage the core. Stay low in the supporting knee. Do 8 ✨Now repeat but take the arms to the side of the body engaging the obliques. Do 8 ✨Advanced addition - Keeping the back leg off the ground, slowly bring the knee to the chest, then extend, without touching the ground. Do 8 Do not let the angle of the supporting knee change!!!
