Things REALLY arent looking kosher for the ~$11,000 web development contract that was approved by the Salinas City Elementary School District (SCESD) Trustees on 6/9/2014. Project proposal is on pgs. 14 - 21 from Martin Cisneros, TheTechProfe Fact: Mr. Gerald Stratton, Assist. Superintendent of Business Services, has forwarded the contract to their lawyers for review. Seriously, why does a low-level contract get forwarded for lawyerly review? For that matter, what factors would cause any contract to be forwarded for lawyerly review? Why cant District staff just give the the names of the other two agencies who were unable to meet the scope of the web development? *Sigh* What is the scope! salinascity.k12.ca.us/DocumentCenter/View/3310
