Think you dont have time for a workout?! WRONG!! I made a lunch date with Chalene Johnsons PiYo Workout and my wonderful Manduka mat. Strength intervals is only about 20 minutes and I am SWEATIN people! Just when you think your body cant take anymore, this little firecracker gives you a quick rest! This is my first attempt at this particular workout.... So here is a vid of me fumbling through some squats... She got a little jiggy wit it too! So much fun! Ps... I am so hooked on this piyo stuff that I HAD to do it even though it is supposed to be a rest day!
