Third attempt to load this video to my page since Facebook keeps deleting it! Come on already!! Post run active rest exercise--beast pose to downward dog! In beast pose, place your body on al fours but with you knees OFF of the ground, distributing your weight evenly on feet and hands. Engage your core and hold for ten seconds then pop up to downward dog to stretch the low back, hamstrings, and calf muscles--keep that tailbone pointed up to the sky for ten seconds to maximize that stretch. Gimme five rounds aaaaaand DONE! Enjoy the holiday with your friends and family!!!
