Thirty days of Thankfulness - Day 4 - This one may seem weird to some people, but hear me out. I am thankful for my ex-wife, Christy. I am thankful that she makes sure my boys make it to church every other Sunday and on Wednesday nights. She makes sure they get to and from school every day. She sets up their doctor appointments and picks up any medications that they may need. She is frontline with their teachers. Even though we have had our differences, she has not try to diminish my role as a father. She understands that we are a team in raising our boys and wants to be on that team. She puts a smile on their face every day. I am thankful that we can put our differences aside for the good of our children. Our season as husband and wife has passed, but we will always be parents to two wonderful boys.
