Thirty three percent of under 6 are outside the network of primary - TopicsExpress

Thirty three percent of under 6 are outside the network of primary schools in Punjab, far more in rural Sind, Baluchistan and KPK, this is the biggest existential challenge that our society faces , if you dont give them books, and connectivity they will have no choice to pick the guns and adopt violence as the way of life. Societies breakdown when primary education is neglected. Look at the bottom ten countries of the world they all have two things in common low primary enrolments and internecine wars. Institute a defence against this cantankerous neglect. This needs to be done on war footing basis. Those above 12 and out of the school system give them vocational training. These are simple solutions but will help stemming and mushrooming of violent minds. Illiteracy is an ocean where killer mentality grows, kill illiteracy first.
