This - from Fox News no less - is the way the media in Australia should be responding to Ebola scaremongering and panic. In fact, this is how the media should be responding to most issues in the news that involve dog-whistling and the misrepresentation of fact. Where is the balanced, evidence-based editorial comment in our news media? Where is the community leadership? Lets face it, theres virtually no-one in commercial news and current affairs in Australia who could write and deliver something like this with authority and credibility.
