This 7 month old retriever was sleeping UNDER his food bowl when we went to get him out for pictures, but when he heard the rattle of the door to the kennel, his tail started wagging 90 miles an hour and his eyes lit up...He could BARELY contain himself when we put the leash on him and led him outside for pictures...once outside, this puppy was all smiles and playtime...he wanted to run, wanted to fetch, wanted to be a puppy again...things that, because of his predicament, he probably will never be able to do. He got very quiet and reserved when we opened the door and took him back in...his eyes lost the sparkle...his tail drooped, and when he was put back in the kennel, he went back to his spot under the food bowl. He was resigned to his fate. Unwanted. Unloved. Call 294-3826 to give this PUPPY a chance. Give him hope. Give him a life.
