This Saturday, Oct. 25, Sadie Green Sales will perform cabaret-style at the Gallery at the Deane Center’s Warehouse Theater on Central Avenue in Wellsboro. At 7 p.m. the evening will begin with complimentary food, tasty desserts, and beverages. Wine and beer will be for sale. For the 7:30 p.m. Sadie Green Sales show, guests will be seated informally around clusters of chairs and small tables. Timothy Walker and David Driskell will perform jug band music in their own whimsical style. This dynamic duo plays a host of instruments, sings a variety of songs, and tells stories better than any elected official. In a nod to Halloween, guests are encouraged but not required to wear costumes. Throughout the evening, special prizes will be awarded. Thomas Putnam, Hamilton-Gibson artistic director, host of the event, said, “No one is required to wear costumes but those who do make it fun for everyone.” Sponsoring the show are Rick and Karen Doganiero.
