This Thanksgiving the events in my life have brought alot of clarity to what I am truly thankful for. I am honored and thankful to have fought alongside Americas finest men not only on the streets of iraq but to be apart of a true brotherhood shared by the men that have fought our nations wars since the beginning. I am truly thankful to have jack tongen jesse suit Jake hannah luke McWilliams bud whitledge aj mcgrane and jd Whitledge as not only my closest friends but but my brothers that have all walked in my boots and shared in a life changing thing called war . A privelage yet also a burden that those that werent there will never truly appreciate. Im thankful that I have been able to stop running away from the war Nd not only seek help with the baggage it brought but overcome a meth addiction I used to cope with it. Im thankful for my mom and dad. The two people in this world that truly know my heart and not only dont judge me they hold me to the higher standard that makes up my core values. I love u more than u know. Im finally thankful for forgiveness. And another chance to continue my journey to fix my faults and overcome my failures and the strength to do what I know is needed regardless of how some people see it. Jake hannah hope u know Im most thankful that during the most trying trying time of my life when I started to question my character and give up u saved me. Brother I am honored u let me be ons of the the first ones u trusted with your demons from Afghanistan. And Im honored u let me share my demons from iraq. U are true hero. And Im thankful we crossed paths Semper fidelis jarhead Nd HELP HELP HELP ME. Lol everyone else will think Im crazy but u know what thats about lol. Hope no Facebook nurses come running into my post. Hahahah
