This afternoon crews responded to an emergency call for a man trapped under a lawn mower that rolled into a pond. Bethel crews along with CCSO deputies responded to the call. The victim was extricated and refused transport to the hospital. This was a great outcome!! Special shout out to Asst. Chief Jen Cotterman for arriving so fast and not hesitating to jump in the water to assist neighbors in rescuing the man.
