This article is brilliant and its about time too... As a (god-forbid) female gamer I have seen a better attitude towards me and my kind developing over the last 30 years. Sadly NOTHING has changed in terms of representation in the games themselves though, a female is just another thing to be traded or discarded. Given there are so many females gamers, its idiotic that so many businesses would throw away the opportunity to to increase their market by ignoring them (or in some cases actively driving them away). Change in this area is retarded and I dont think gaming developers will jump at the chance to change. Hopefully Ill be proved wrong.
