I dont know anything about Kansas politics, but I do know a whole nation is wondering why the hell someone would compose, proofread, and print such a title for a written work. You see what The Kansas City Star did there? They named this piece by telling you what its about and clevered it all up with a reference to a movie that just came out (3 months ago).
