This article recalls the Westridge spill in 2009. The point is: do we want a repeat of this experience? Unless opposition springs up to tame or stop the growth, it will happen again (sooner rather than later) with the massive ramping-up of Kinder Morgans expansion plans which triples their pipeline payload and increases marine traffic up to 700%.
