This corruption reform needs to be put in place in every city, county and state and thereby it will have to be taken up with our federal government where the corruption has become open, blatant and in Americans faces. This type legislation will go a long ways towards correcting many of the wrongs in our government. No matter what your party affiliation this is an issue all Americans can get behind.
