This evening I had a negative experience in the gym evident regular lifters over exerting their claim to weights. (Quite funny really) If you are a gym regular it doesnt actually entitle you to ownership over the free weights area: #weallpaythesamemembership I mention this to try to encourage friends who are regulars to be mindful of other gym users and also to point out that, even as a confident free weights user myself, there is always the risk of coming across arrogance that can leave you shocked by some peoples attitudes.... DONT LET IT PUT YOU OFF!!! I suppose thats life though in and out of the gym! I hope I always give people a reason to go to the gym rather than avoid it! Happy Gyming guys!!!
