This for all the new students starting on Monday, you will receive this by email but I know you read my statements so here goes.... This is where you are right now…you listening?? You have two options right in front of you at this moment….CHANGE or NO CHANGE!! What do I mean…. Well either you are happy or you’re not, which one is it???.....more importantly which option is best for you….stay doing what you are doing or try something else?? You have a choice…..you do know that dont you…..seriously!! If you have decided to come onto my program and you have made a decision to see how it goes for the next 4 weeks Im going to tell you have just wasted your money… That’s right, read that again….YOU HAVE WASTED YOUR MONEY…..(every penny) You see, I ONLY work with people who are serious, dont get me wrong I get people that come onto my program all the time that just dip their toe in the water and they get the toe dipping results to go with it, they may lose a few pounds, have a slightly different outlook on life but the minute the program finishes….(or even before) they are back to their old ways…..some of the guys I remove from the group before the end.... This is about what you want out of life, Im not sure about you but the days, weeks, months and years are FLYING for me and each day I feel Im getting closer to reaching my potential but it takes HARD work, determination and a fair amount of courage to stand up and be counted and not be afraid of the ridicule of others for doing what you do………. but its YOUR life, not theirs!! This could be the start, the beginning, a new era of fulfilment and enjoyment or it could just be another training session to go to, a new food plan to follow and 100 other people in the same position OR you can start to shape, mold, plan, set targets, goals and work with creativity and beauty to sculpt the best possible life you can IMAGINE!!!! I am who I AM and I am PROUD TO BE THAT PERSON… Choices……lots of them to choose from!!! Here’s to the beginning! ☺ x
