This goes out to my family!!! Life is too short for us not to be close. Yes I understand life keeps us busy but if you have to set an alarm n our phones or to put on the calendar, just to take time to call each other and say I Love You. We have a very small family dont wait till it too late. We are all very head strong but one thing for sure we need to always have each other back. No one is greater than the other and if we say something that you might not agree understand that it is said out of luv. We have 3 living backbones (the family tree) that Aunt Helen, Ola Mae and Curtis; then there Ella, Lula, Shelia and Ivory, then the younger generation. If u dont do nothing else call or simply go by to check. I am guilty of this myself, I regret the day I saw my uncle Doris but was too busy to talk, then I had to stand over him in a casket. Same with Paw Paw Overton, I had every plain of going to see him that night but was too tired to drive to shreveport, then the next morning I weeped with tears because it was too late. O my Uncle Jerry, it was just no excuse for not going to see him and he was just across the bridge from me. I dont want to leave 2014 with out telling you that I love you and we have to do better. AUNT TEE (HELEN), MADEA (OLA) & CURTIS NEEDS ALL OF THE YOUNGER GENERATION, SEEING US OR A SIMPLE CALL, IS LIKE FOOD TO THERE SOULS! ALWAYS REMEMBER WE MAKE A RECIPE TOGETHER AND WHEN SOME INGREDIENTS ARE MISSING THEN THE RECIPE JUST WANT COME OUT RIGHT!!!!
