This government is truly a 419 government. President Jonathan and his team will do anything to win the February election. Reducing pump price is not good enough. This is the best opportunity to fully deregulate and get us out of the subsidy fraud. This is the golden opportunity for full market control of the industry. To really come clean, how much has subsidy payment reduced to in the last three months? We need this preamble. Does this reduction in pump price of PMS to N87 per litre mean subsidy payment will now be zero? Madam Minister should do more than slap us with executive fiat. She should also tell us the implication on the subsidy regime to be credible and fo beyond mere election gimmicks!
